I think in the next chapter of Maniac Amanda is going to get really mad for ripping the book. Then he will feel bad and try to make it up to her. But she is not going to forgive him. Next Mars Bar will come and find him. Last he will get away from Mars Bar and run into the good pitcher

    He has gotten himself into a fix. But, it wasn't his fault. Maybe Amanda will understand? What if she doesn't? She's his only friend. Ms. S

    I'm not surprized that Amanda didn't get mad at Maniac, she saw that it wansn't maniac and that it was mars bar. So instead of Amanda gettting mad at maniac she invited him over her house and now Maniac lives there!

    I'm surprized Amanda didn't get mad at Maniac i thought she maybe was going to get mad at him because she LOVES her books and couldn't risk getting one ruined.
