I really like the chapter in maniac magee that we just read. I found it really interesting how the beales took jeffery into to there house.
I really liked when it said " sitting there in the tub one black boy, one black girl and one medium white boy."

    I think it was really nice how the Beales let Manica live with them and it was his first time meeting them! I wonderd if there was Amanda, Maniac, fester and lester in the tub. I thought Amanda said that she stopped taking baths. Is she taking one because Maniac is there?

    I thought that that was the best chapter we have read in the book! The tub thing was a little bit gross though.
