  1. In my book, the Watsons go to Birmigham 1963,I found an example of prejudice! I found that Byron thinks that if they were on the welfare list that people would judge them by the amount of money they had, but that is just a thought.

  2. In the book I am reading, Elijah of Buxton, there is prejudice. Elijahs teacher Mr. Travis
    called Cooter, Elijah's best friend, a poor ignorant soul who has lived his whole life in bondage just because he said "Hey, Mr. Travis". This is prejudice because he is calling Cooter a uneducated slave who is ignorant, and he is pre-judging the slaves.
